I make sure to visit Steamers every time I visit OBX. This was my daughter’s first time and once again, Steamers did not disappoint! The food was amazing! Kendall, our waitress, was exceptional! I recommend anyone who visits OBX makes time to eat here!

Steamers is always one of our favorites. Best drinks anywhere in the OBX! De and Ashley are awesome bartenders. The fish and chips is to die for and lots of other goodies. We're local and this is one of our top 5 resturants for sure.

There was nothing really special about dinner. I think it was overrated in OpenTable. I got rockfish with which was a small piece of fish and it was overcooked and was accompanied by a lot of potatoes, which was the major ingredient in the dinner. My girlfriend got a pair of salad, which really was delicious with black and shrimp but the shrimp were small and overcooked. There are certainly better restaurants and I would steer a true foodie away from Steamers.

Tasty Tasty! Good portions served piping hot, tasty Rockfish and Cobia. The Carrot cake was delish!

Excellent food, varied menu both price and food choices. Server was energetic. Ambiance comfortable, clean, well appointed, professional.

All the food we ordered was very good. Our only issue was to get any bread at all for the table, it was charge of over SIX dollars. It was a baguette. When I ordered mussels, I was told it came with no bread ( steamed mussels always come with bread) and that if I wanted any bread with it, the charge was $4 extra. REALLY? What's the deal with the bread? For such a nice restaurant with high end prices, a little "free" bread goes a long way for a good customer experience. NONE of the higher end restaurants in this area charge extra for that. Having said all this, I DO want to commend the waitress who was fun and attentive. She did a great job and made the overall experience a big plus.
