We were seated in a booth next to the bar. During our roughly 2 hour brunch, the bartender broke approximately five glasses, startling us each time. Given our proximity to the bar, we on two occasions had to ask the bartender for utensils or another item. He at no point responded to a thank you or uttered a single word. Our server, while very sweet, moved particularly slow. We really enjoy going here for brunch, but it seems like something goes wrong every time we go.

Good experience at Steelbach! We sat at the bar first for a drink, and have to note that service there was spotty. We were basically ignored for prob 10 min. Head bartender once he realized this quickly rectified. But, once we were seated, our waitress Alex did an amazing job! She was friendly and prompt with everything. We shared the buffalo cauliflower app which was very good. For dinner, I had the grouper, which was served nice and hot and tasted great. Hubs had the fried chicken and said it was fantastic. We shared the Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts (which were very tasty) with the other two guests at our table and there were still leftovers to take home! One of our guests had a steak, and he did say it was a bit undercooked but tasted great and he didn’t want to return it. We sat outside, and it was chilly, but they have heaters and that made it just perfect. It’s expensive, so that’s a consideration. Loved the live music and the general vibe at Armature Works is really nice. After dinner, a quick walk on the river walk to cap off a memorable evening!

Our server Maren was friendly and attentive. The Rolled Shrimp appetizer was exceptional, and the house Cab was delicious. My Coulette was cooked to perfection with great flavor.

We had NYE dinner and the food was phenomenal. Very nice restaurant with views of the bay. Great vibe and ambiance. Our waiter (forgot his name) was amazing and personable. A really nice area to hang out for the evening.

Very disappointed with the food and service. They brought us food we didn’t ask for, salads without dressing, awfully made drinks and don’t get me started with the appetizers. It was SO overpriced for what we got and the way the charge us the mandatory gratuity made me decide to be the first and last time to go to this place. I do not recommend it at all, it was an absolute disgrace of a dinner.

I went there last night 12./29/2024. I order the Mezze and I left almost the entire dish because I got full. I asked the server for a box and she went ahead and took the dish to the kitchen to box it for me. When I open the box today I found that she only put in the box the beef rib and Nothing else. I paid for this dish and she left out the entire accompaniment and sauces that was in the Mezze dish. I am very disappointed and mad about this action!
