   We were greeted with a warm smile, lovely energy and service was amazing. Food 100 out of 10, drinks and music. Really pleased with our experience, being my husband’s birthday and him being a chef is really hard to please and he was absolutely happy! Thank you!!

   Delicious pizza! Recommend thoroughly! Staff very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Will definitely return when visiting Harrogate. Child friendly also especially when my 4 year old son had a nap on the table before the food arrived 😀

   Excellent pizzas and service. Would be nice to have a wider range of vegetarian/ vegan options on the menu but staff very accommodating to adapt dishes as made to order

   My pizza was ok I have had better. For a pizza restaurant I expected the standard to be higher and was a little disappointed. The atmosphere and service was good , the food needs to match the front of house. Don’t feel I need to visit again.

   This will be the 4th time I have been here, each time unfortunately there has been something wrong from very very slow service, waiting over an hour to order my food (1st visit) to them losing my order and us having to reorder (2nd visit) the (3rd visit) went OK but the (4th visit) which was today, my husband had to send his dinner back as the calzone was very watery when he cut into it, we had a gift voucher to use, got told we couldn't use it due to not having the QR code, this was bought as a gift so we hadn't purchased this, the guy who had purchased it had chased numerous times to get the QR code but failed to get it, got told we could use it without the QR code but then when we tried we got told otherwise. Very embarrassing for all people involved, they did eventually accept it but in all honesty it was an embarrassing situation which didn't need to happen.

   The manager at Stefano’s is absolutely lovely. A real asset to the business. He is so friendly and engaging from the moment you walk in the door. The food is delicious. Love the fact that you can scan a QR code and see a photo of the food. Why does every restaurant not do this? I spend loads of time searching instagram in other restaurants trying to see what the food is like. Also love the fact that the Prosecco is a 175ml serving. No idea why other restaurant garage more for Prosecco and serve a smaller measure? All little things that add up to a lot of great value, and excellent service. Thank you. You deserve to really really well.

    Great food, professional and speedy service. The loud bass of the 'background music' was literally painful for me though (not a personal choice, I have very sensitive hearing) which is why I've given them four stars. Music was turned down when I asked but soon returned to original levels. I'd love to come for another pizza, how about some softer music Stefano?
