The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.
Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

Lindsay was an outstanding server, did not miss a beat. There to refill water, replenish beverages, take away containers. Checked on us to be sure we were enjoying every bit of our meal.

Food was excellent and our server, Henry, was very attentive and well versed in the menu - appetizer were Apple and Gouda salad and Hamachi Kama - entrees were Parisian Gnocchi and Tagliatelle truffle pasta - enjoyed a nice bottle of Shiraz and finished with espresso ice cream.

We had a delightful brunch. Jack, our waiter, was excellent. Unfortunately, the parking is abysmal. The attendant input the wrong phone number to text for retrieval. My friend texted for her car and it took over half an hour to retrieve and that was without the Playhouse crowd. We anticipated parking being difficult which is why we decided to valet park. $30 is way overpriced.

Stella has become my favorite restaurant. The food has been outstanding every time we have eaten there. Lindsay has been our server the last two times that we have been there, and she goes above and beyond. She is friendly, knowledgeable about all the menu items, and helpful with wine selection.
