Stellar experience! Truly great wait staff. Service was fantastic. Food was excellent. Setting was unique with super views while being comfortable and intimate. Valentines Day fixed price menu was delicious with an interesting variety of courses.

Very delicious food and very nice ambiance! Felt the price for the quality of food was definitely fair. We got the Gnocchi, Tempura Mushrooms, Pork Collar, Sweet Potato, Carrots and Candy Bar! All delicious. Would come back and get all of these dishes again aside from the tempura mushrooms. They were good, but just a bit heavy and overly fried.

I booked Stellar Jay to host a work dinner, 12 of us total. The staff did an excellent job servicing our large party and it was certainly higher end service than I typically see in Denver metro. If you’re looking to impress, this is this spot—you’ll pay for it, but it’s worth it. Excellent and unique architecture, views and overall experience.

A nice, somewhat expensive, dining experience in an elegant setting. I enjoyed my entree, pork collar & my wife was same with the Trout. Service was exceptional. The noise level was higher than what I would normally attach to elegant.

On the top floor of the new Populus building, this place was a treat for all 5 senses. The decor is beautiful, earthy, and there are great views all around. Service was top notch. Food and cocktails were delicious! We especially enjoyed the bison and venison skewers and tempura mushrooms (that dipping sauce!). I had a mezcal based Mohawkan old fashioned that was delicious. It was calm on a weeknight and not too hard to get a table. This place will get busy on weekends and when the weather is nice because there is an outdoor patio.

The drinks and ambiance are amazing. The food was ok. I'll definitely be back for the views and drinks. Oh...the chocolate chip cookie is fantastic!!!
