Inspired by deep Texan roots and featuring beef from the in-house HWD Beef program, Stillwell's is the hotel's signature, classic steakhouse with a modern twist.     The place is elegant and the service is over the top good. However, we did feel just a little rushed. The steak came out slightly over done, possible because we ordered a 12 oz and it was maybe 6-8 oz, however it still had a great flavor. The wine list is very extensive...Possibly the most complete wine list I have ever seen! Although it sounds like I was not pleased, that is really not the case as we will go back and try it again on another special occasion. Next time we will order a little differently.

    This was an unbelievable experience. I was pleased beyond my expectations. The tasting menu was exquisite. And the wine pairings were perfectly matched.

    Way too many service folks in the floor, quite distracting. Not sure how this was flagged as Michelin, small nuances.

    Service, food, and beverages were absolutely amazing!! For the life of me, I can't remember my server's name but I had him for a private holiday party with my team back in December as well. We were there to celebrate my sister's birthday this time and he truly went above and beyond in his service and menu knowledge. The gentleman training with him and the Som all were super friendly and amazing! I can't recommend this place enough for an amazing dinner with a quiet and luxury atmosphere.

    Food was meh. Ordered medium steak and was raw in the middle. The salmon was too dry. Couldn’t eat 2oz of the steak. Staff gave off an arrogant vibe and wouldn’t say or inquire unless spoken too.
