Food was great but service was basically non existent. Tried to close out tab at bar before dinner, no one around. Fix the service and you’ll have more repeat customers. Noise level was horrible.

Had a really good time bartenders really made my day special and made me have a good time the server acted like she didn’t want to serve us and did come check on us much or give us water refills but overall besides that it was a really good time

This was our first time in, we were seated immediately and our sever let us know upon filling our water glasses that there were only 2 servers. I will say our sever was attentive as she could be. The wings as an appetizer was amazing! And the cocktails and mocktails were incredible. Main courses were average. The second floor is where all the fun is at, definitely a different vibe from the 1st floor.

This is our 3rd year doing our friend group’s white elephant brunch at Stirr. We have the best time here. They’re great for a big group & the service is top tier. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Inside little bit cool which make food be cold very quick Golden chicken really surprise me, taste actually pretty good Rib also recommended Steak and fries which is ok but we love fries more

Had reservations for Thanksgiving evening for 5. some of us showed up early and ordered drinks at the bar. I ordered an Old Fashion. Bartender says that they are out of large round ice cubes and asked if regular ice was OK. Sure, not that much of an issue, I said. We were seated soon as all of my party was there. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Waitress had to come back and tell us they were out of calamari. we ordered a new appetizer to replace that one. We later ordered our entrees only for our waitress to come back in a few minutes and tell us they were out of the steak that was ordered. Again, a second choice had to be made. Through three rounds of "sorry, we are out of that," our waitress was trying very hard to turn lemons into lemonade. All in all, she did well, Her manager should be proud of her. The food and drinks we did receive were very good.

We visited on Thanksgiving Day and our waitress Taylor was excellent, very attentive and interactive. However, 10 minutes after she put our orders she had to inform us they were out of Smash Burgers, so my daughter opted for the chicken strips like my granddaughter had. My granddaughter received her chicken strips and they were dark & fried hard and had a slight burnt taste, I could taste the burnt grease on the strips WHICH were brought out by the manager. I immediately sent them back and had them remade. Then my daughter’s strips came out the exact same way. To which we also sent back and she opted to get the double pepperoni flatbread, which was not double pepperoni. Taylor was very apologetic, even though it wasn’t her fault it was clearly the cook’s fault. She even brought my daughter a desert to try and put a smile on her face. I spent $158 for very mediocre food. The manager told my daughter he would give her a gift card for a “free appetizer” (even though she ordered a burger that was not an appetizer) and he never did. They were not even that busy when we were there. Our reservation was at 2:30, they didn’t start getting a busy crowd until after 4pm. I’ve visited Stirr many times, including having my birthday dinner there last year. This was by far the worst visit at one of the most inopportune times. Happy Thanksgiving 🥴
