Il locale è molto diverso dalle tradizionali Steak House:moderno senza uno stile preciso, con musica a volume molto alto senza un attimo di tregua, il che rende non facili le conversazioni. La carne è buona, ma si può trovare di meglio anche in considerazione dei prezzi piuttosto elevati. Il servizio è senza lode e senza infamia. Dopo aver pagato ho dovuto insistere per ricevere la mia copia del conto, dalla quale ho scoperto che era stato applicato d’ufficio il servizio, mi pare del 25% senza possibilità da parte nostra di decidere( eravamo in 4 e non in 6 o oltre dove talvolta il servizio è applicato automaticamente)

I was terribly disappointed because I have been to so many STK and so when one opened up a few minutes away from my house I was excited to go. I planned a dinner for a group of 10 ppl. Mind you when they say us the table was made for 9ppl like really. The menu prices was way more that the south beach location. And was not as good. They even messed up on the bread it was super salty (how do you mess up bread) the service was unbelievable the guy seemed upset that he had to take care of a large group and so he was not nice at all. The only good part about the night was that I arrived early and sat at the bar and the bar tender (I think Nelson) was great. Other than that I give it 1 star. It only got 2 stars because the restaurant was new and looks nice.

My experience wasn’t the best because they were slammed for Valentines, and our server was doing the best he could. We had a few mishaps with the food and waiting time overall but the manager came to our table to apologize and took care of us without us even asking which I think speaks to the level of their good service. This is why I’m leaving a good review and I’ll definitely be back to give it a second try. Thanks to the manager and our server!

I waited almost 3 hours and only received my appetizer and after 45 minutes i received bread. Mind you i placed my entire order ( ice water diet coke steak mac and cheese and lil burgers) almost as soon as we were seated. I ended up leaving before i could get my entree so my bill was $5 but still massive waste of time and money.

Experience was terrible. Never again! There was a 30+ minute wait for our reservation. Our waiter took over 30 minutes to greet us. Once he was ready to take our order, he yelled at us stating “I have 6 other tables to service” because we were not ordering fast enough for him. Our food took over an hour to come out where 2 mangers had to go to the kitchen to push our food out faster. Groups who were sat after us received their food before us. We got there at 9:45 and did not receive our food until after 12 am. I am 6 months pregnant…. You can imagine how I felt waiting this long to eat! This was on Valentine’s Day which I understand the busyness but steps should have been taken to make sure they were adequately staffed that night. It seemed like no one cared about what is going on. The food was good but not worth the abuse!

Although I understand that it was Valentine’s Day, the experience was underwhelming. Having visited several STK locations from Phoenix to Las Vegas and South Beach, I noticed several deficiencies in this new establishment. While it has potential, it is important to strike a balance between maximizing space and maintaining an attentive service. Despite ordering a variety of dishes, we were unable to finish everything due to limited dining space. Our server was overwhelmed with multiple tables, which hindered their ability to provide adequate attention. When our food arrived, we had to find a place for our food and ended up using plates from an empty table next to us. I intend to give the restaurant another chance, as the second experience may yield a different outcome.

I wanted on my drinks for 30 minutes. I did not get my food I was waiting for 2 hours and no food so I leave. Overall it is bad and unprofessional. The waitress only checked on us once in that 2 hour frame
