                                                  I had high expectations for this restaurant, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. For nearly $400 for three people, the quality of both the food and service was shockingly poor. My bone-in filet was poorly cooked and practically inedible—something I wouldn’t even serve to my dog. My husband ordered the short ribs and remarked that the ones he had on a Delta flight were far better than what he was served tonight. The salad was limp, the vegetables were overcooked, and the fries were vastly overrated. To make matters worse, the service was disorganized. The waitress accidentally dropped a knife on my foot, and we were served a large salad to share but had no serving utensils and were expected to use our small bread plates. Similarly, the vegetables were served with only a dinner fork, which resulted in food spilling all over the table. For the price, the entire experience felt chaotic and completely unworthy of the cost. I hope management takes feedback seriously because this was unacceptable for a restaurant at this price point.

                                                  Rude customer service. One person from our group was late and they made us all wait until being seated. In that time we could probably buy another drink if we were at the table:) Later on, mistakes with drinks, wine arrived super late for bday person, they said they forgot etc, multiple people serving the table made it chaotic. Expensive and nothing special with food quality

                                                  Our server Jen was amazing. We stopped in before snowflake lane with our kids, she made sure our food came out quickly, she was super attentive even though the restaurant was a zoo. If it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have made it. Thanks Jen.

                                                  We enjoyed dining at STK. the location and ambiance was great. The food was well cooked and good but didn’t stand out from other high end steak houses. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. She was attentive at the beginning but we had to wait to order desert and get the check. Overall a good experience.

                                                  Our first visit. Neda was amazing! We had such a great time that all 3 of us agreed we’ll be back for sure. Meatballs are amazing. Cocktails are perfect. I love that apple pie is on the dessert menu (and it’s delicious). One of my new favorites for sure.
