Siamo arrivati all’ora della nostra prenotazione e il tavolo non era ancora disponibile. Abbiamo aspettato più di quindici minuti per sedersi. Il cibo non era terribile ma molto costoso.

Ho ordinato un cowgirl steak da 100 dollari e un topping aragosta da 40 dollari . Mentre la steak era ottima la lobster era immangiabile e ho chiesto di sostituirla . Anche la seconda era molto stopposa come non fresca . In generale una qualità non adeguata ai prezzi del locale

From the moment we arrived until the time we paid the bill, the girl who gave us the table was not at all friendly, her attitude was very bad, when we got to the table they took a long time to serve us, after more than 10 minutes passed without the waiter arriving, we ordered a cocktail and a coke which arrived 20 minutes later, the appetizer we ordered was calamari and it was cold and hard, then one of the dishes was a ribeye and it was bad, a little chewy and poorly prepared and only two waiters went for a dish that cost 97 dollars I think the preparation should have been much better for its cost, the other dish was filet mignon with lobster, the meat was not bad only that when the plate was left on the table it was not prepared correctly.. we asked for a coke again and another 20 minutes more… the waiter was not attentive at all.. I would not go back to this place because the service is very bad and the food worse, I thought it would be much better!! (this is my experience).

For a high end chain like STK, this location does not hold up to the brand. 35 minute wait to be seated after reservation time. Under staffed , service extremely slow due to it. Ordered a nice 2018 Cha/Mon Cab for $300, waiter brings out a 2022. When questioned, he stated yea the years on the wine list are all off by a few years, but what’s that matter? I told him, that’s one of the main factors it choosing the wine and main associated with the price.

Really nice restaurant. Not so nice tasting food. Definitely not a place I will return to.

While I enjoyed my dinner and the overall experience, I was not impressed that they have a rule that everything must be ordered all at once, drinks, apps and dinner. Sometimes I like to have a cocktail and an appetizer then order dinner after. But I’m assuming they want to push you out the door to seat another party. Even after a $128 steak with a $13 pad of butter and a $7 seasoning rub. Ridiculous!
