They were out of half of the steaks they had on their menu. We had to wait an hour before our food arrived and by the time it showed up, the steaks were cold. The couple to our right never received their salad and the couple to our right who had just sat down received another tabke's desserts while they were still holding menus to order. Would not recommend this place.

The vibe was cool and the food wasn’t bad, compared but to Ruth’s Chris the quality just doesn’t compare. I got a steak for $120 that didn’t melt in my mouth the same way an $80 steak at Ruth’s Chris would. Our waiter was great and very attentive. The appetizer, the lil brgs, were really good. Our sides, Parmesan mashed potatoes (sooo good) and the sautéd mushrooms with bacon and goat cheese were a nice add to our steak. We got the “cloud” dessert, which had a cool experience. ( they poured flaming alcohol over it) was tasty, but we also got some big bites of Captain Morgan with the cake and that was… eh. Overall the experience was okay, I just didn’t think the quality of the food really met the price for what I’ve had at other top dollar restaurants.

I went on Feb 15 with my girlfriend and Ashley was our waitress she was amazing if y’all ever need a good waitress she’s the one !! The food was amazing we shared the porterhouse steak and the portion was perfect for 2 all together it was great experience definitely coming back again.

We dined at this restaurant last night, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected, especially given the price point. Upon arrival, we opted for valet parking, only to find a long wait because the valet had lost someone’s keys. The scene was chaotic, with people honking and frustrated guests waiting around. After some time, we finally managed to hand over our car, though it was not a smooth start to the evening. Reservation? What Reservation?: We had a reservation for 8:30 PM and arrived on time, only to be told by the hostess that there were four tables ahead of us. Despite having a reservation, we were asked to wait in the outdoor seating area, which had heaters and couches. We decided to wait, but after 30 minutes in the cold, we checked in again, only to be told there were still two tables ahead of us. At that point, we moved inside to wait in a cramped corridor with other guests. Finally, after a full hour of waiting, we were seated. Our table was placed just two feet away from the exit, which meant every time the door opened, we were hit with cold air. To make matters worse, the tables were crammed so close together that the guests behind us kept bumping into our chairs, making it impossible to sit comfortably. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed, and while our waiter was friendly, the service was painfully slow. When our food finally arrived: •I had a fish dish, which was fine. •My daughter had mac and cheese, which was also okay. •My husband and son ordered steaks—both arrived cold. For a high-end restaurant where we spent $560 (including tip), we expected much better food and service. After dinner, we retrieved our coats from the coat check, which took longer than expected because they couldn’t locate our items. Then, the valet experience added to the frustration. The valet fee was $20, but when we asked for our car, the valet handed us the keys and told us to find it ourselves.

We were very disappointed. Our reservation was for 7:15 pm and we were not seated until 7:50 pm after having to stand in the small lobby. Our steak was cold . It was too loud. Overall unless changes made we would not go back

Restaurant was overbooked. Took 20 min to be seated with reservations. They had too many tables that the waiters couldn’t even walk between them. Our table was wobbling as was the table next to us. Really disappointing environment for the cost. Our appetizer felt like it was warmed up in the microwave. The waitress was so overwhelmed she didn’t even offer desert to us.

Was here on a business trip and wanted to try something new. It was okay. I would say for your money it was okay, nothing special. Service was okay, food was okay, atmosphere was loud and way too cramped. Probably would. Not Eat here again. Have had better food for less in SLC.

Enjoyed the food, absolutely delicious, service was wonderful. However they stacked us in like sardines, I’m assuming for the holiday weekend. We were so squished we were getting touched by the waiters and busboys having to go by and could hear every conversation of the people next to us.

Steak was done well when we asked for it to be medium rare. Tasted like beef jerky. Mashed potatoes were delicious though. That was about it. Steak was way dry!
