Unfortunately, I could not have been more disappointed with my first and last experience with STK Salt Lake CIty. We went there for my birthday and it was a 6:00pm reservation on a Tuesday night. At 7:30 we had only gotten our drinks and our first appetizer. When nothing came (a second appetizer and our entrees) and we had not seen our server in over an hour, we called the manager and told him what the issue was. He did not seem the least bit surprised and we got up and left. The prices on the menu were outrageous but we wanted to give it a try anyway. I saved a lot of money and won't go back there again. i have not had that bad of service in years.

1.5 hours to serve cable of 5 - table of 24 took priority AND they arrived 15 minutes after us. Our caviar had to wait due to waiting on Blinis . The manager apologized for the wait but did not use management protocol of free dessert or discount . The servers & the food were spectacular but the wait dampened the experience .

Went here for a date. The atmosphere is very lively. Adrianna our server was amazing. The food was what one would expect from a high end steak house. I will certainly be dining here again.

We waited a little longer than expected to get our food served and no one were at the valet kiosk to offer service at the time.

They were slammed and our waiter tried hard to be accommodating, but the service was slow and the food was incredibly overpriced. We will not go back.

Waited for ever for our food and it was not as I expected it to be for how much money I spent. I'll go to ruth chris all day everyday before I go back to STK. Then they couldn't even split our groups check up and we has to figure it out on our own. If my spending $1000+ as a group you should be able to split our checks up for us. Overall don't waste your time of money here. There's way better places and way cheaper places to eat in downtown SLC

Dan was an awesome server. He knew the menu really well and gave us great recommendations. The ambience was lovely. The only “negative” thing I would say is that it’s a bit too loud. If the volume was turned down just a notch or two, it would be perfect. We’re already planning our next visit
