OUR INSPIRATION
Stoke & Rye by Chef Richard Sandoval is a modern American grill with a menu reflecting both the Colorado landscape and Chef Sandoval’s creative stylings. Dishes are genuine, time-honored, and traditional -- slow roasting in wood embers, braising, preserving, and smoking techniques bring the true flavors of America's great foods. Grilled steaks, flamed tomahawk, hand-cut steaks and chops, shucked oysters, house-smoked line caught Colorado trout and more comprise the menu highlights.

Being a hotel you would think it was open, especially since we were able to book on Open Table. This was to be my wife’s birthday dinner. When we got there, we found that the restaurant was closed for the next week. We have been there before & had a wonderful dinner. Now it is on the bottom of our list. Shame on you.

Alex is wonderful! He always makes us feel cared for and at home. His kindness and care for our family is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Stoke and Rye, and why it's an easy first choice when we're celebrating with friends. Thank you, Alex!

Spencer handled our fine-dining experience with outstanding service. His cocktail creations started off our dinner. His recommendation for Spring Green Campanelle along with adding shrimp was outstanding. Remarkable dish.

Syndee was absolutely fantastic!!! We’ve had her before and she’s always fantastic. Food was amazing as were the views!! Great decor and ambience. Charcuterie board was delicious, one of the best French onion soups I’ve had, steak was cooked to perfection and the chicken and grits was so flavorful. The grits were creamy and delicious.

The view is beautiful, the food was great and the service decent, but the decor could be better. It devalues the rest. Better than I expected and a wonderful hanger steak!
