Stonegarden is a new gem for Minneapolis. The decor is modern Nordic, the ingredients are fresh, and the menu is creative. Lunch for two without drinks was around $40 for two entrees plus a bowl of bone broth and a side of potatoes. While we do recommend Stonegarden and will return, it is on the high side for value.

It was the 2nd time I was there. I highly suggest making a reservation for a Sunday breakfast, because it was packed. Great space and loved the food. Full bar so you can get mocktails, cocktails, and great coffee. New favorite spot

The broth was like a warm hug. Gravlax was hands down the BEST I’ve ever had! Amazing service and Chef Andrew adds a special personal touch to the experience.

I really love this place. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly, upbeat and welcoming. Stonegarden is one of my favorite restaurants - I highly recommend!

Exceptional. Espresso martini was delicious and everyone loved their food selection. Waitress was very helpful in suggesting options and explaining everything.

The pearl oysters were excellent and it would have been unfortunate if I had not ordered them. The pearls give a nice contrast in texture. I had the Maryland Benedict and was surprised that the eggs weren’t poached, or at least the egg yolk was cooked too long. Same with the scotch egg- the egg wasn’t runny like in the menu description. Having the sausage sit in a pool of honey-dijon ruined it. It’s as if the honey dijon was supposed to make up for the flavorless sausage. However, the other two dishes were great. The server was fantastic and I should’ve stuck with his recommendations. He may have been the bar tender too because he made amazing cocktails for our table. I’d be back for those cocktails.
