   Service was poor and inattentive. My wife and daughter both ordered the filet cooked medium and both steaks were purple in the middle. My daughter ate hers. I had to track down a server to tell them the filets were under cooked. It took over 20 minutes to get a new steak for my wife. There was no urgency to make it right, the restaurant was not crowded. Once my wife’s steak was finally brought to the table the manger stood over her watching her cut into it to make sure it was cooked properly. Once he saw it was cooked properly he walked away. No apology. We understand things happen, but it should have been handled better. It was as if we were at fault for the undercooked steak. This is unacceptable for the price. With so many other good restaurants in Cincinnati I won’t go back to Subito.

   Subito is always a favorite of ours and come back time and time again. This was the first time I got the fillet, and it’s easily a top 5 steak for me now. My girlfriend got the cacio e pepe (and added mushrooms). She said it was very mushroom-y for her, but that was a good thing for her. We shared their Sweet Gem salad and it was a delicious and refreshing spring salad. We didn’t get the brussels sprouts this time, we usually do every-time we go and they’re phenomenal.

   Subito is one of our favorite dining experiences! We usually get our favorite table along the back wall and our favorite server Jason. Great food and wine selections too!

   I chose Subito for my birthday dinner with a friend, mainly for the lamb chops, but unfortunately, they were sold out. I decided to try the chicken pasta instead, only to find out it was wrapped in pork—something I wasn’t expecting. The staff was accommodating and took it back without issue, and I ended up ordering the Caesar chicken salad instead. While it wasn’t my first choice, it was a decent alternative.

   Such a beautiful room and the food, Arugula Salad and Cacio e Pepe was delicious! Panne Cotta also wonderful.

   An outstanding meal with many options for every palate. Our server, Brian, was exceptional and made the dinner perfect. A beautiful and spacious restaurant that lends itself to just about any purpose. Outstanding restaurant!!!

    Service was very good as was the ambience. The food was not stellar: pork chops good, shrimp linguine too spicy with shrimp not well cooked; Cacio e Pepe noodles soggy and not real flavorful.
