   Staff were not attentive. Foxwoods location was much more fun and worth the extra money for mediocre food.

   Our server was amazing, the plate he recommended was delish, we ordered 5/7 different plates, everything was super good. Can’t wait to come back.

   We went as a family, I couldn’t wait to see my kids reaction to the fun festive food.. wasn’t all that great.. the burgers were okay!! The drinks was the only thing good.. Seemed they have issues with the a.c or fan was overly hot when we got inside and to be seated, the waiters were all sweaty from the heat taking our orders with looking overly hot.. our water ice were melted already as they poured.. for the money we spent their everything was awful.. delayed food & service. The restrooms were gross and uncleaned. Again for the money we all pay everything could had been better and treated better. The front service had an attitude face received us with fake happy service.. I wouldn’t visit again sorry.. if anyone does just go for the drinks & fries. To take pics or pictures of things was nice but overall was blah! I would visit the Foxwoods one inside casino they were great!

   Hostess was awful and unfriendly as well as unknowledgeable. Waiter didn’t come to use for 23 minutes upon sitting, food took a bit to arrive. Restaurant was quiet with customers so the wait time should not have been like this.

   The hostess was new and didn’t really know what she was doing, but she was nice enough. Our waiter was very nice and prompt and knowledgeable. The food was mediocre at best. Our french fries were pretty much cold, but we were hungry enough to eat them. I think most of the food is like premade somewhere else maybe… it’s all about the ambience at the place. It’s definitely fun decor and over the top drinks. I wouldn’t go back, but it was fine and the price was fine for the area.

   My daughter was so excited to go, sadly we were so disappointed. Upon arrival you seem to be a bother to the hostess. Never said hello or smiled. Was walked up to the second floor, there was no table settings and the smell from the bathrooms was foul. Sadly, I had to use the bathroom which was dirty and had no paper towel’s. The waitress was far from pleasant. Both of our meals arrived cold and we were one of 4 tables. Though the waitress never came to check on us so there was no one in sight to tell. The floor was dirty and the menu had hair in it. Very expensive for food that was barely eaten. Will never be going back there again.

   Place is overrated! Bartender was drinking on the job! Staff were too busy engaging with each other instead of customers. Menus were not all the same and some were missing information. Service was horrible, place was freezing cold, waiter was overwhelmed, food ordered was wrong/missing items, manager was missing in action, food was average, drinks we’re unimpressive, and it’s not worth the hype. Will not be returning.

    Service was subpar, inattentive and very slow. Our server Genesis failed to check up on how things were going after food was delivered, to see if we required anything else, additional drinks were not offered and the quality of items ordered was poor. We ordered the mushroom and Margherita flatbread which both had to be returned, due to the mushrooms being cold, undercooked also the cheese being solid instead of melted. My cousin ordered a turkey sandwich, two Mediterranean wraps (one with chicken, the other shrimp) and they were dry, had to request condiments on the side. Very disappointed with the overall experience, had higher expectations of the establishment which fell flat for a much anticipated ladies night out.
