    This was my first time to sugar factory. From the entrance, to the food to our amazing waiter JUICE. we had a blast!!!!! There were 5 adults and One 2 year old. I wish there was one closer to my house!! I would totally recommend this restaurant to everyone! The portions were fantastic. The shakes were HUGE!! What a great place to eat!!!

    Our waitress was very slow. She was not familiar with the menu and could not understand what we were telling her. We wanted to order the food runner spilled ketchup all over one of our guest white sneakers and did not apologize our offer to reduce our bill you did not have a cookie skillet, although it was listed on your menu and we’ve had it there before this was a birthday celebration, which wasn’t great. The steak freeze was also not what we thought it would be you can do better. The steak was ordered, medium, but it was received well. Done

    It was a great experience to celebrate my birthday at The Sugar Factory with my family and friends! Would definitely go back again!

    The atmosphere was very nice really cute decorations and everything but the servers were not enthusiastic, very kind but brought no energy. The food is way too overpriced for the value and not even getting it brought with energy made it a boring experience. overall this place is overrated.
