   Everything looked amazing, but food was below average. Pancakes were not good. Coffee tasted like flavored water. Shakes were good, but cake on top was stale. Took forever for food and the restaurant was empty. Server was overwhelmed. She had the whole store to herself.

   Restaurant was very dirty and in need of a big update…2nd floor was extremely stuffy and hot, no air flow. Ordered the rainbow sliders and they were hard and dry like they had been premade and sitting under a heat lamp. Overpriced for the quality, restaurant needs a complete overhaul. Will not return.

   I love the Sugar Factory. It is always such a fun experience but the Vegas location is not up to par with its other locations. There was no hostess, we had to flag down the busser who briefly went behind the register to wash his hands and was verbally upset we asked him for help. When we went to be sat upstairs 3 servers were rude to the hostess saying this section was closed but sat us anyways. Our server didn’t bring us one of our flights of margaritas. The filet mignon were very overcooked and the macaroni had no flavor. We tried ordering an Oreo milkshake just for them to say they were out and brought us a strawberry one with random things thrown on it but it was melted like it sat out and they didn’t want to make something new. It ended up getting us sick. Overall horrible experience at the Vegas Sugar Factory. Would never recommend this location. Spent $400 for a disgusting meal and for the staff to treat us like they had better things to do.

   The staff was great starting from the front door of the factory. Our Waitress was incredible and the chefs did not miss.

   Our server, China, made our Easter brunch extra magical! A perfect place to celebrate and take some epic pics.

   Food is way overpriced and they added mandatory gratuity on four people, really? Just lost my business, very disappointed

   The decor was very run down. Walls were dirty, wallpaper falling off, everything was faded and old. The music was playing so loud that we couldn’t hear our conversation. Service was terrible. Our waitress didn’t smile once and wasn’t very pleasant. The food was just ok. Nothing special about it.

    Good prices for the Strip. Burgers were delicious and staff very friendly! We got a fancy milkshake and wow! It was so much sweetness! We enjoyed our visit overall!
