America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, will open its doors at its new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner Retail Center, located on the 50-yard line of the famed Las Vegas Strip, a unique destination with retail, restaurants, and shops for all ages on Wednesday, Sept. 1. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and gobelt bar!

This was my fourth or fifth time coming and every time I come, they have raised the prices. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and it was $19 for the salad & $10 for the chicken. I make a better salad… TOTAL ripe off and was NOT good!!! 4 of us and the bill was $190! All had water to drink, a burger, salad, pasta, a sandwich, an extreme shake, and a fondue.

Waitress Yani was so sweet and attentive. Food was not good at all and the drink was fancy but not great. Elevator was scary.

The sugar desserts are really yummy. We loved the shakes, but the food was pretty bad. Normally I love all food, so if I thought it was pretty bad, then it definitely wasn’t great. Our waitress was really nice and helpful, but the ambience was also way too loud. We couldn’t hear ourself talk. The desserts were great, but the food sucked.

Restaurant is dirty and gross, needs a serious deep clean, server complained to us about another table every time we had to ask for a correction to our order. Specifically, I wanted ranch on my salad, got Italian, asked to get a new one, and was told that it was the fault of the other table because they wanted their burger a certain way... It was so loud, obnoxious, employees seemed like we were a burden to be there. Overpriced for barely decent food. Special drinks are $40 (no alcohol).... should be able to take that cup home for the cost. Absolutely never ever returning.

The print on the menu was so small you could barely read it. There was only a few people eating there and the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. The cheese burger and shake were really good and our server was very nice.

Amazing!! Celebrated my 21st here. Our server was the absolute sweetest human being ever. She was so kind and truly made our whole night.

We had a great birthday celebration at Sugar Factory. The room was festively decorated and had good music. Our table had a great view of the strip. The menu has many choices - classic and unique, with a pop of sweet. The portions are just right. We had the King Kong sundae and it came with sparklers and dancing - our party of 10 could not finish it. The service was top notch, attentive and anticipating our needs. We plan to come again for the next family birthday.

Everybody was amazing! We had Donna as our server and she killed it! It was our friends birthday and they made it really special! Definitely recommend!
