   Took my daughter for her 13th Birthday with high hopes. Everything she wanted to order was out. She wanted to order a Goblet but no dry ice. Wanted a Oreo cookie shake but no Oreos. Food was cold. Prices are ridiculously high for food to be mediocre. Service was poor.

   No one ever came from the back to wait on us. So we went to Cheesecake Factory. Looked like they only had one worker but I'm not sure.

   This was definitely not the experience we hoped for. The restaurant was understaffed, it took about 10 minutes for us to be greeted( no one was waiting) , we had to seat ourselves and when our waitress finally greeted us she realized we had not been given menus. Our waitress also was acting as the bartender and was helping clean tables. Presentation of drinks was lackluster compared to other locations especially for what you pay for them. The food all arrived at different times which was odd. I would never recommend this location.

   First of all, I made a reservation to eat here. When I arrived, they said they did not have one under my name, even though I had a text confirmation and everything. Our waiter had terrible customer service. The food was not good at all, only the drinks were. If I would ever go back it would be to the bar area to drink but I would never ever eat here again.

   Nothing was right here! Waited 10 minutes to be seated because everyone was in The kitchen. No customers. Food was old. Everything looked unstocked and empty. Had a depressing dirty feel to it. I apologized to my guest repeatedly because I expected it to be a nicer experience

   I used to frequent the Sugar Factory in Dallas and absolutely loved it . This location …..it’s a no for me . It’s super small , INSIDE A MALL, there was no one there to greet me and my friend when we got there so we had to stand around for a bit til the person came from the back. They were out of about 7 things on the menu of course some of which is what we were going to order. I went Sunday for brunch , she told me they were busy Friday and Saturday and ran out of a lot of items. It was my friend first time going to Sugar Factory and I hate this was her experience because the one in Dallas was so big and pretty and lively. I was also excited to go there for brunch because they closed the one in Dallas. We ended up leaving and going to have brunch else where because after being told everything we wanted to order wasn’t available there was no point in staying. And this was also my birthday brunch so , yay me .! 😐 I will not go to the this location again. The stand alone locations are much better

   TERRIBLE!!! Don't ever go here unless you want to be disappointed. We went for my sister’s bachelorette dinner. We had reservations at 6:30 pm and didn't get seated until 7:00 pm because no one was working. We ordered the Sampler Platter because it came with Mac and Cheese bites but once the food came out it didn't have the Mac and Cheese bites on it. We asked the waitress where the bites were, and she said oh we are out of those, but we gave you more chicken fingers instead that was not true... The waitress also charged us for a drink we never got. The prices on the menu were different than the bill. Every item was $2 more expensive on the bill than the menu. We questioned the pricing, and they said oh that is our old menu and the prices have changed... This should have been communicated prior or they should have given us the new menus. There is also a 20% service charge to all the checks. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I've ever been to! Please avoid this place!!

    I would not go back. I tried to call because my reservations were late. I was in traffic when I got there was only two other people there so I didn’t understand why nobody answered the phone. I called several times. They were playing more of adult music and there’s no restroom you can use in there for it to be a family oriented place kids need to be able to use the restroom. The food was OK planned and the drinks and food are overpriced. I felt like I spent too much money. I just won’t go back and won’t recommend it to anybody else. It was just not for me.
