Sugar Factory Orlando features delectable dinner selections. This celebrity favorite is sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth craving. Signature treats include famous Couture Pops, smoking Goblet Drinks, candy infused cocktails, and the one-and-only King Kong Sundae. We also will be serving brunch on Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for any day that you are wanting to dine with us.

This location has to be on the verge of shutting down. They were out of at least 25% of the menu items. The venue itself was run down, dirty, and felt abandoned. The food was adequate. Nothing special. The best part was the service. I can’t recall his name, but he is far too talented to be at this place.

Our server Nacho did a good job, but the food took forever to come out and it was cold then.

It was an amazing birthday dinner with my family and friends. Had a great time and the food and drinks were super good. Definitely recommend coming here!

Run down, didn't have any of the food or liquor we wanted to order. Food was cold. There wasn't enough menus or servers to go around. Bathroom was broken and dirty.

Where to start? I came here a few years ago and absolutely loved it. This time, not so much. To start, we had to wait “in the candy shop” until our table was ready (we did have a reservation). Over half of the lights were out, the candy containers empty and the shelving bare. It looked like they just had a liquidation sale. We finally get seated (there were 6 of us). We only get 3 menus as they don’t have enough for the restaurant. We go to order. Over half of their special “Christmas” menu is unavailable. Okay, we go to order the steak quesadilla. Out of steak. So we got the chicken (which was pretty good). Another person in the party ordered the soup. It got delivered cold and she got a plastic, disposable spoon as they don’t have enough spoons in the restaurant. The kids order the cutesy, non-alcoholic drinks. They are out of the advertised gummies so they just threw whatever in. The only good part of this visit was our server. She was an absolute gem and super kind and helpful. The management of this restaurant should be under review- what was once a fun and vibrant spot became a shell of its former self. We will not be back to this location.

Underwhelming. The staff was very kind but the place is small and clearly rundown. Hardly any candy in the bins at the store. Chairs were worn and some food items weren't available. I've been to the SF in Foxwoods and it was night and day.

the place was very poor there the food was gross we tried to order a couple things on the menu. They ran out of food. We tried to get something from their Christmas list for our daughter that was autistic, and we saw it on the bar the hot chocolate mug, and they said it was unavailable the server was great. The manager was good but he seemed overwhelmed when the restaurant wasn’t packed we had to pay a $200 bill with a $50 tip. I don’t recommend orlando sugar factory.

Tough first impression. Went for my wife's birthday after dinner for dessert. Pretty dark inside, other tables were using phone flashlights to look through the menu. Seemed to be a little short staffed, took a while for wait staff to come over to our table. Host was continually back and forth to the kitchen delivering food. Ladies restroom was unusable due to someone getting "sick" in there. Desserts were good, everyone enjoyed their shakes but overall, not a great visit for a birthday treat.
