Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

We had a reservation and put a note on it that we were coming for a birthday. When we arrived we told the hostess that we had a reservation. She did not ask us anything and told us to sit wherever we wanted. We chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was polite and gave us time to look over the menu and gave recommendations when I asked for some. It took over 15 minutes to get our hot chocolates. The food was cooked to order and was ok but pricey for what you got. The biggest letdown was that NOBODY mentioned ANYTHING about it being a birthday. That was the whole reason we were there. Very disappointing.

When we got there we were not greeted and the host seemed confused even after mentioning we had reservations. The waitress greeted us with everything that they did not have…which was a lot. It was very poor service. We ordered a cookie skillet that was forgot about and had to wait another 15-20 minutes after everyone else was finished with their deserts. The cost of everything was not worth it. Although our daughter had a great time we will most likely never come back. Hopefully things get fixed and service is better.

It was way too loud for my taste. Our serve kept forgetting about. It took a very long time to get our food. But it was delicious and a fun experience.

The staff was amazing !!! Especially the gentlemen that checked us out in the candy shop area ! We loved the complementary picture ! This is our second year coming for New Year’s Eve and it may just be our yearly tradition ! Thank you all our 4 year old loves it here

Took my daughter for her 7th birthday. Food was fine, service could be better. And you pay for literally everything!!! Even for them to sing happy birthday.

Food was good, but not at a level we have experienced in the past. Service was slow and required our interaction to move things forward. It is Christmas Day so busy is expected.

If you’re planning to grab a bite before hitting the casino, I strongly recommend considering other options. it took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. The slow service completely killed our plans for the evening, and instead of heading to the casino after, we ended up going home because the atmosphere was just as disappointing as the service. Not worth it.

The christmas decorations were cute. Sugar factory is a very aesthetic place to take Instagram photos.
