Located in Midtown Manhattan, Suite 36 Restaurant & Sports Lounge offers scenic views of the Empire State Building and great food. Its setting features two floors with classic yet modern décor and over 40 large flat-screen televisions for guests to watch sporting events. Jerk chicken skewers, coconut shrimp or nachos make for tasty appetizers at Suite 36. Guests can dine on flatbread with a choice of toppings, tacos stuffed with beef and cabbage or a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. Starter plates for sharing, savory soups, fresh salads and delicious desserts can be found on the menu. Suite 36 features a sizable bar that serves an array of libations, and offers happy hour and brunch. This restaurant hosts various events, including game night sporting functions. It has private suites and welcomes reservations.

    Lounge and sports bar. Very appropriately named. Plenty of TV's and more than average pub fare. Nice spot to get away from the noise for a bit.

    Ambience was great service was not so great. Waited at the front for a host to come for 15 minutes. We were finally seated and had multiple waitresses that never came back to ask if we needed anything.

    Be sure to check if you have a booth or not. THis is not an ideal place to have dinner if you are at one of the tables with high chairs..you are literally on the bar with too much going on. Definitely a better situation for lunch.

    Food is very good and great service! All at a reasonable price!! It's also a Syracuse University Bar!

    Outstanding food and a great place to unwind with a few drinks. Great sports viewing and a very good crowd to hang out with!

    So we did not technically eat here. We made a reservation through opentable. We got to the door to see it was roped off with a bouncer guarding it. I explained to the giant that we had an open table reservation. He wanted to know if I was on the guest list. No, I just have an open table reservation. After he recognized that he needed some assistance to process this, the manager sat us at. Our waitress came over and took our drink order and then vanished. 30 minutes went by with no drinks and nobody taking our food order. The final straw was seeing the waitress strut by us in a conga line carrying sparklers to a party going on on the upper level. If you are closing your restaurant for a party, then close it and your Opentable!

    Stumbled across this place for a group lunch on a Friday. There were 9 of us and it's usually quite difficult to find a lunch place to accommodate so many of us in midtown especially on a Friday. There was one other table otherwise the place is empty. The decor is great, love the high ceiling. I assume this place would be great for happy hour and drinks at night. Draft selections are good and food were good as well. It took a while for the food to come though. Hopefully this place is up and coming! Spread the words!

    Went with a friend for a quick drink and light bites, place was empty but took about 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. When we did finally order drinks, my friend had to send her's back because it tasted like unfiltered water! We then order the sliders, one set lamb and the other beef and requested both to be well done. The beef sliders had to be sent back to the kitchen because they were very pink, medium rare almost. I should have know that the lamb sliders might not had be okay, after eating one I thought well this is not too bad but that did not last long. The worst part of this experience was that the Manager treated us like we did not want to pay for the food and kept trying to tell us that the meat was cooked!
