    A few of our steaks had to get sent back to cook a little longer to get desired temperature Drinks took a bit longer than expected to arrive Friendly service and beautiful environment

    At at Sullivans during Charlotte Restaurant week, which provided a standard 3 course meal for $50 per person. Lobster Bisque was a delicious appetizer. NY Strip was cooked to perfection for my entree and cheesecake for dessert. The service was excellent and the ambience was good. Our area was fairly quiet. Enjoyed a glass of Pinot Noir with dinnner. All in all, it was a very good experience.

    Excellent from top to bottom. 3rd time for Queens Feast. Food was delicious and the waiter was excellent, informed and extremely polite. Go, if you haven't gone before. You will have a great experience.

    Decor is outdated. Sides were not delivered with meals so had to cancel those. Fair at best

    Darryl the server went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. New York strip well seasoned and the seafood was beyond fresh! 10/10

    Service was excellent but my meal I had to send back 3 times until it was right. I was offered free desert for the mess up with my meal. Food was lacking seasoning but overall it was ok

    We enjoyed Queen's City Feast meal at Sullivan's. There were several options for QCF on menu. The portions were good size. We all had the 6 oz filet mignon medium rare. The meat very tender perfectly prepared. Our only negative comment is that food could have been hotter. The food was warm but we like steaks to be sizzling.

    Normally Sullivan's in the past has been my favorite restaurant. Both the Charlotte and Raleigh locations have been such great experiences. However, last night, my fiancé and I are having a date night to celebrate, we make reservations for 8pm, we are directed to the bar area to wait for our table, we waited there for 30 minutes before we are even acknowledged. When we finally are given our table, it takes nearly 20 minutes to find out who our server is, it's so loud we can't hear each other across the table, and when we did finally order our drinks and appetizers, it was 20 minutes before a salad came and 30 minutes on the appetizer. My fiance ordered the Queens feast filet mignon and even though it was supposed to be 6oz, she was lucky to have received 2oz, easily finished the steak in 3 bites. I ordered the wagyu and au gratin potatoes that were cold, but nothing out of the ordinary...we didn't receive our food until close to 9:50. We waited over an hour an 50 minutes for 2 steaks, and mashed potatoes and au gratin potatoes. There were empty tables everywhere by 9pm. There were over 20 waiters and waitresses at the kitchen. Plenty of cooks. For the bill to be $200, this is unacceptable. Again, I've bragged on this place for over a year and I was embarrassed at the result we received last night.
