    It was 45 minutes after sitting down that we finally got served wine as the waitress said that she was in the seller looking for our wine that entire time and never did find it. Every single thing about the evening from the food appetizers and dinner was very, very slow.  Our appetizers were ice cold. She didn’t know the price for the house wine so instead of a $50 bottle we spent $120 for the bottle. We asked about the Fixe menu that was mentioned in a box on the menu, but she never did bring us the menu so it didn’t sound amazing as she presented it, but then we saw other people had a holiday menu in their hands that we never saw either.

    We started in the bar and they had live music. It was a jazz band and they were amazing. I think they were short staffed, but our server did her best and did a great job taking care of us. We had reservations for eight and had two people join us. The staff was quick to accommodate and did a great job of taking care of us. The food was fabulous. Definitely will go back!

    We already spoke with the manager last night but the service was super slow. Drinks not refilled without asking. Food ordered was not brought out and then when we were finished the items were ready to be brought out. James was our server. He was nice just not very attentive we brought visiting friends to our favorite place and left being dissapointed.

    Waiter actively tried to push up the bill. Did not appreciate that and it was a huge turn off to this Sullivans location.

    Steaks were undercooked and cold when served. 3 sides were served cold. Very disappointing experience.

    Had Thanksgiving lunch there with family. Excellent food, good wine, great service, lovely ambiance. Will go back again and again.

    Excellent food and wonderful service. We had the Thanksgiving Dinner which had ample choices and was delicious. The ambience is warm and inviting. I would highly recommend it for special occasions and most certainly Thanksgiving.
