The service was excellent. The environment and ambience of the restaurant is also wonderful. We were pleased with everything we ordered except the steak. We have been here twice and both times the steak was just not as good as some other places we have been to. If an excellent steak is what you are looking for this would not be my go-to choice. Otherwise its a wonderful location with excellent service and other good choices on the menu.

I ordered the crab stuffed shrimp and it just wasn’t that good. Texture was not pleasant. Everyone else at my table liked their food so I just ordered the wrong thing. That sucks because it’s on the pricey side. Anthony was our server and he did a great job.

From the reservation to the final bite of dessert, tonight was amazing! Excellent flood, prepared wonderfully with top notch service!

For a high-end steakhouse, I've never had my steak cut into, especially a $70 filet... Ordered it medium rare and received it medium well and nearly cut in half... Besides that, the appetizers were decent but still subpar for what I would expect from the caliber of restaurant that this establishment is trying to be. Our waitress was amazing and super attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful, which led to increased disappointment for the entrees.

The service you expect usually relates to the price point of the dining experience. At Sullivan's - which has a very high price point, especially for Little Rock - you expect a fine dining experience. My family went here for Christmas dinner and the food was mostly great, but the service was simply horrible. Drink orders were not taken when we were seated. 5 people in our party, but water only provided to 4 - then a very long wait to get the final water which took a special request. Appetizers were brought to the table, but no plates were provided so we had to use the bread plates. When the entrees arrived, the sides were not served for several more minutes - all aspects of the main meal should have arrived at the table at the same time. The server disappeared for long periods. When desert was served, the spoons were just tossed in front of each diner - all pointing in different directions. My apologies for the details, but service this poor takes away from the quality food and is simply not what you expect or deserve at an establishment that costs this much. Service should be excellent and flawless. What I hoped would be a treat for our family on Christmas night was simply a miserable dining experience and not the fine dining experience you would expect from Sullivan's

The food was outstanding!! Our server, Dalton, was amazing and very attentive. He was extremely familiar with the menu and made good recommendations for wine. You MUAT order the Wellington Beef Bites. Not to be missed.

Steak was mediocre, waited a decent bit of time for our reserved table. The booth sat so low we asked for a booster for our 10 yr old. For the mo ey, I’ve had many better steak dinners.
