    Food was not as expected. The scallops weren't that good. Service was good. But disappointed in the food and preparation.

    Our experience was great as always! We usually bring multiple extended family members but today it was just the two of us, great couples date.

    Tom was our server and he was awesome! This was my 1st visit and I will definitely return with my family. Those Beef Wellington bites and the crab fried rice were divine! Don’t forget to add the blueberry lemon drop.

    This was my first time at the Sullivan's in Naperville and the first time my family and I decided to dine at a restaurant for Christmas dinner. I was not greeted well at the reception desk although I had a reservation. We were seated and waited for about 15 minutes for our server, Lanie. She took our drink order and came back with drinks about 10 minutes later. She left and returned to take our appetizer order which took over 25 minutes to receive We watched our server attend to another table quite attentively. We had to basically hunt her down for extra bread, refills on beverages and silverware. We wanted a 2nd round of cocktails but decided to wait since our server was not around. It took almost 30 minutes to order our meal and almost 25 minutes before we received the food. We had to repeatedly request items and it took a long time to get each. After eating we ask for our dinner to be wrapped and when our server returned she placed our food on the floor. We had also ordered key lime pie (2 orders) and I specifically asked if it was in the bag and she responded yes. We got home and realized that it was not. I called the restaurant only to be told that if we decided to come back, the Assistant manager would comp us 4 deserts and a free appetizer. We asked to be refunded, and was told that the bill had been closed out and that he was unable to do so. Unsettled with this answer, my sister called back this morning and spoke with the manager who did credit us back for the deserts and offered a gift to us to cone back. We have not received the gift as of this review and not sure that we will. The food was good but the service was terrible and the long delays to get your food and the attention of the server was awful. Our server even asked if we would provide her a review as she could get a bonus. The dress code was not enforced and there was no holiday music. Not the best experience at Sullivan's.

    The service and food was excellent. The noise level was a little too loud for conversation at our table.

    Best steak I had in quite a while. Still on the pricey side, though good for a special occasion.

    Food was delicious. Service was below par. Xmas day is probably hard. Definitely overpriced though.

    Had to send my steak back…got another when everyone at my table was virtually done with dinners. Rib eye steak 16oz was bad quality after waiting 20 minutes to get it.service was fair at best for spending $400 for 4 people….bus boy table service was very rough and somewhat rude. Stuffed shrimp was fair…chicken dish good and NY steak good
