    Had to send my steak back…got another when everyone at my table was virtually done with dinners. Rib eye steak 16oz was bad quality after waiting 20 minutes to get it.service was fair at best for spending $400 for 4 people….bus boy table service was very rough and somewhat rude. Stuffed shrimp was fair…chicken dish good and NY steak good

    Food was delicious. Service was below par. Xmas day is probably hard. Definitely overpriced though.

    We have gone here 4 times now on the holidays and it’s fine but slow service and very rushed servers and forgetting our dessert and then giving us the check while waiting for us to leave while we are still waiting for our dessert was just too much. Suggestion: stop overbooking and then you won’t be so rushed and forgetful and make your customers feel unwanted at the same time on Christmas Day!

    The food was excellent, as always. Restaurant was beautifully decorated and staff were very nice. Our server was awesome. The restaurant was clean and well kept, as it always is. We waited a little longer than normal for our food, but it is Christmas Day and they were very busy. We have gone several times before and will continue to dine at Sullivans. One of our favorites!

    The food, as always was great. Our server was awesome. He took such great care of us, and was so enthusiastic, and was truly amazing.

    Terrible service, plates were served at different times we have to wait 10 minutes to get the apetizaer for the second person and the first person couldn’t start. Plates were not taken away promptly when finished. I got my coffee when I still have my plate with filet mignon . In general Plates were served with no care to how they looked I am super disappointed
