From the moment you step inside our lounge for drinks, appetizers or dinner, you will feel the energy and excitement provided by our professional team. Sullivan’s serves the finest Midwestern hand selected steaks aged a minimum of 28 days, simply seasoned and broiled at 1,200 degrees, fresh seafood, a wide selection of cravable appetizers, soups, salads and side dishes. Our desserts are house-made daily. Our Wine Spectators "Award of Excellence" wine list offers an array of selections from around the world. Love Sullivans. Expensive yes, but the service is great and the food is excellent! We are repeat customers.

The app for booking was fabulous and easy . We really enjoyed that restaurant And drinks at the bar . Food was amazing except the Ribeye, it was a little tough . We don’t like to return food so we just brought it home . But the flavor was very good . We thought the quality of meat would be better . Over all we were celebrating our 32nd Anniversary and had a great time . Thank you .

Steaks were amazing and the baked potatoes were great. Brussels sprouts were not that flavorful but everything else was fantastic.

After sending two of our 4 steaks back to be cooked as ordered everything was fine. The Prix Fixe menu is worth it!

Our 4th visit and it is our favorite steakhouse in Palm Springs area. Food always exceptional and service very attentive. We never feel we are being rushed. Very friendly people working throughout the restaurant.

We ordered the “Sure Thing” prix fix 3 course dinners which was delicious as well as a great value! Service was a bit faster paced than we would have preferred but everything was delicious! Delicious Lobster & Shrimp Bisque soup for my husband and I had the blue cheese wedge salad that was outstanding. Petite filet mignon with mashed potatoes for my main course with impeccable. My husband upgraded to the 16 ounce ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and he said it was outstanding as well. For dessert, my husband had the New York cheesecake, which was so good and I had the Keylime pie, which was also very nice. We both had a glass of wine from the wine list and it was just right. We had a lovely dinner and we would definitely recommend Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Palm Desert for a delicious and delightful dinner.

Ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls and shrimp cups, they were drenched in some sort of sweet and sour sauce. Way too sweet. All staff in the bar seating section were glued to the tv watching a football game to even notice my wine glass was empty. Bar tender and server in a friendly loud banter over who's the best QB in NFL history. Thought I was in an upscale restaurant not Buffalo Wild Wings.

Unacceptable service from the host to servers ! The food is great and service always horrible and managers are never around and staff standing around talking to each other! Shame on management and not sure if we will try again as this is the 7 th time like this!!

We love Sullivan's, and always enjoy ourselves here. I took off one star for both overall and food, because a) none of the three bottles of wine we ordered was in stock and b) my salmon, which I always order cooked through, was quite dry. However, Morgan, our server, was exceptionally pleasant - when he said something like, "it's my pleasure," he was COMPLETELY believable - and attentive. The manager also discounted a bottle of wine that was considerably more expensive than any of those we'd ordered; it didn't entirely make us whole, but came close, and we appreciated the effort. The restaurant was much busier than is typical at our preferred dining time of 6:30, which may explain my salmon, but everything else was delicious and cooked perfectly. Overall, Morgan's wonderful service more than compensated for any shortcoming, and we left as very happy customers.
