After being seated we had to wait about 40 min before getting the waiter to take our drink orders. Our food was not the same as in the past. The fries were cold and stale and the chicken Picard we had was over cooked.

Was extremely disappointed with the hostess. I had a 4pm reservation but arrived early and asked if possible to sit earlier because my kids were hungry. I stood there for 45 mins watching people without reservations get seated before me. I went over to her to ask why I hadnt been seated yet and she seemed very annoyed told me to wait for a text. I understand it was very busy but to completely ignore my request was not right. Once inside our server (I believe named Britney) was very kind and attentive to our table.

Every time we arrive we are seated immediately! Dinner was wonderful Kale salad with chicken House salad with salmon Poke salmon Chicken basket Truffle fries And a surprise Birthday cookie with a candle what a wonderful evening!!! Can’t say enough about our server!

We have eaten at this restaurant numerous times and had very good experiences. We wouldn’t keep returning, otherwise. This visit was lackluster, though. There were three in our party. We had one order of savory breakfast tacos, which were served room temperature, an overly fried chicken salad, and one order of two eggs, bacon, hash browns, and cold, hard multigrain toast. Our server was excellent. We really enjoyed sitting outside. One last bummer- I noted in Open Table that we had a birthday in our party, but Summer House failed to recognize it.
