   Excellent!! The food was absolutely delicious. Valet, receptionist, servers, kitchen staff were all friendly and efficient. Pianist provided a marvelous ambiance to the bar and dining room. Highly recommended.

   Tonight we dined here and to say we were wholly disappointed would be an understatement. We have been loyal patrons since 1991, celebrating many special occasions and a family member is an event planner and she repeatedly worked with the event staff to perfect many special events for her organization over the years. It was always an honor and privilege to dine here, but our experience tonight was abhorrent and let me summarize why. Every aspect of our dining experience rose to such a horrendous level. We ordered an appetizer which was tasty and each of us ordered the cottage cut of the prime rib. Mine was an end cut and my guest was medium well. She could hardly cut into it, as both were hard to cut and tasteless. I explained to the waitperson this situation. I was made to feel like the issue and problem was us. I didn't appreciate the condescending, belittling attitude that was displayed. I tolerated a few more bites of mine, my guest received another cut, which was essentially the same. The Assistant Manager came out and again he defended the food quality. I encouraged him to try the prime rib and naturally he never returned. Entrees were left to languish on the table uneaten and never cleared. The check was presented to us in short order.. The food arrived luke warm to boot.. How utterly disappointed I was from start to finish. Apathy, belittling, ignoring and condescending attitude was prevalent. Is this the present day Summit House? Is the rich history of the Summit House no longer? I firmly believe that customer service training is in order. I was incredibly disappointed in both how we were treated and the quality of the food and do hope that this feedback can be an impetus for areas of improvement. In today's world, a restaurant cannot rely on past accolades and become complacent and rest on their laurels.

   Excellent meal and our server Matt took very good care of us. Summit House never disappoints.

   Our server was Mary, she was excellent. Please tell her thank for us. We had a great time celebrating my husband 65th birthday. The only thing that my rotisserie chicken was extremely salty, Mary offered to replaced another place for me but it was too late. I might have to try another dish next time!

   Last night was my first time there and not sure I’ll go back. I feel like the waiter took advantage of us when taking our order and that was wrong. When taking are order he made it sound soup or salad was included and it wasn’t. So are bill was a lot more money than expected. Plus 2 people ordered the same meal and the portion size were completely off. I just think for the amount of money we spent the quality of food should have been better, better communication from the servicer and equal portion size.

   Had a great experience. Cameron is the best waiter there. Great service & great attitude! Even had some very kind words to share with us. He should be the top waiter there, if he's not. Thank you again!

    We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary at Summit House tonight where we also got married at 3 years ago today. Summit House will always have a special place in our hearts. This year was even more special because we brought our son to celebrate with us, and he got to try prime rib for the first time. Our waitress, Daisy, was wonderful and helped celebrate our anniversary. Excellent service and attention to detail, and surprise dessert as well. My husband and I shared the castle cut prime rib- always delicious and so much food. We had to pack the rest of the it go. Comes with their famous corn (delicious!) and spinach. We got prawn cocktail, their house salad and French onion soup as well- all delicious. We ordered the kids menu prime rib for our son which came with a decent size prime rib, French fries and fresh fruit. Thank you again Summit House for an incredible evening to celebrate our anniversary at where we got married 3 years ago.
