   Our visit to Summit was unfortunately quite disappointing. Though the views from Mount Coot-tha across Brisbane didn’t disappoint, if you’re visiting for these alone you can enjoy them for free from the scenic lookout next door. The food was average - undercooked, cold entrees and flaccid pork belly for mains. The plates from our entrees also weren’t cleared until the mains arrived. We were attended to by a surly Asian girl and a friendly young man. Our water was topped once during our visit.

   Great service, friendly insightful staff. Food was perfect and the scenic views at night superb.

   The food was fitting for a special occasion, not a luncheon to catch up with friends. Was hoping for a more casual dining experience

   Eye fillets were very poor. Tough, stringy and overpriced. Fries were too salty..supposed to be Rosemary flavour and could not be eaten. Everything else was fine...should have ordered something else..

   There was a disappointing lack of vego/vegan options. No vegetarian menu. Those eating steak and chicken were happy. Waiters on the night seemed inexperienced- slow with drinks, and unsure about vegetarian requests.

   Had the New Years’ Eve dinner a month in advance and expected fine dining as was suggested on their website and the $95 per head price. The service seemed rushed as my boyfriend and I were at the early sitting and the waiters seemed keen to serve us our next course even before we had finished. Food was very disappointing. Roast pork entree was OK but the main of chicken was very salty and the dessert was tiny and presented badly. Very poor value overall and definitely not fine dining.

    The staff made the graduand feel special and even gave us complimentary dessert for mixing up an order. Very lovely staff who have your satisfaction at heart.
