   Esperienza incredibile e sushi davvero eccelso! Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ci ha saputo consigliare benissimo.

   Cibo buono ma mi aspettavo un po’ di più. Personale gentilissimo, servizio buono nell’insieme. Non trovo un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, troppo caro per il cibo servito, a quel prezzo si può gustare di meglio. Sono molto esigente, la qualità era comunque buona ma non eccellente visti i prezzi che invece dovrebbero garantirne un livello ancora più elevato. È la terza volta che ceno qui, e ogni volta mi aspetto di meglio...per questo ritorno comunque, atmosfera ottima e adoro l’arte presente nel locale, per me il punto forte.

   È la seconda volta che vado e devo dire che il personale è eccezionale, servizio e cordialità impeccabili, ma dal cibo mi aspettavo molto di più, la volta scorsa ho preso una pasta e son rimasta delusa da condimento e cottura, sta volta ho preso dei ravioli, ripieno buono ma non eccezionale, pasta e cottura bocciate in pieno. Il dolce si presentava grandioso, buono, ma nulla di eccezionale, mille punti al personale però, bravi ragazzi! Miglioriamo la cucina perché le mamme italiane vi fanno un baffo, e visti i prezzi le aspettative sono elevatissime. Entusiasta comunque di essere venuta e ci ritornerò una terza volta perché voglio provare altro e godere comunque ancora dello splendido personale e del clima accogliente. See you soon

   When i made this reservation they took £100 fee and it was supposed to be used for my dining instead they made me pay £170 and i was told the £100 fee will be returned to my card and this was not the case.

   Poor service, we didn't receive our main course. An hour of waiting after the appetizers which were hyped, and an "experience" with one woman with feathers coming out and walking for a couple of seconds then leaving again continuing the unpleasant experience. We couldn't take it anymore, paying the min. charge and cancelling everything else without receiving our mains. They were okay with it when I talked to the manager, and he actually wanted me to pay extra when I told him to give me a receipt only for what I received on the table not what I cancelled. He then took the original receipt and removed what I cancelled but added extra on the price thinking I wouldn't notice. This place is scamming people without them knowing. They aren't as pleasant as you think. I didn't receive any food to rate it from how bad of an experience we had. I would not recommend this place off all the places I've been to. It's my first time actually rating a place writing down details, from how bad of a place it was. Sorry if this was long. Thank you for your time in reading.

   The service is too bad and rude when it come to the police for the restaurant is not clear and they said we have sent an email for the update the email was sent an hour before the reservation

    Service was slow! Food was overpriced and they didn’t have seafood on their menu as they stated previous night was busy so they ‘ran out’ of lobster etc…..We was upstairs and it felt like we were being rushed to finish our meals so they can turn it into a club. The ambience was lovely.
