Husband & wife team Vincent Stipo and Chloé Grigri are the power couple behind the newest Rittenhouse bar à vins, Superfolie. Both have long-standing experience in hospitality, with Grigri owning and operating The Good King Tavern and le Caveau, alongside her father, Bernard Grigri. Stipo moved to Philadelphia in 2012 to open acclaimed restaurant Vernick Food & Drink, and now is a real estate and hospitality consulting in the downtown market. The two have teamed up with TGK chef Michael Valent and wine director Kaitlyn Caruke to share a whimsical escape, one that transports you to Europe's most beloved wine bars, but is here, in the heart of Philadelphia.
Located just off Rittenhouse Square, Superfolie features a 75-reference wine list, with a strong French presence, a short, smart list of cocktails and a fun menu of small plates including tartines, vegetables & charcuterie.
