– “where sunshine spends the winter” – also known as Tex-Mex cuisine served in an Old-West-inspired atmosphere alongside music inspired by Austin.

The cuisine is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that has taken the food to another level by way of fajitas and more. An “evolved Tex-Mex menu,” includes the classics: tacos, nachos, tamales and enchiladas plus more intricate dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour tortillas, all while paying homage to the traditions and recipes that have been a part of the Texas culture for decades.

We tried 4 different spot that night and but Superica should e been the first stop ! The service food and drinks was exactly what we were looking for. Our server Steve was the best !! Had the best recommendations and jokes !! You have to get the queso and salsa with the home made chips.

We waited over 45 minutes for our meal last night. The waiter was apologetic and it wasn’t his fault but it was just too long to wait. A manager walked by many times and never said a word. We enjoy the food but we won’t be back anytime soon after last night.

Here’s the corrected version of your text: We were there to have brunch as a large party. Queen was attentive, informative, and easygoing. She made everyone feel comfortable and went the extra mile to answer our menu questions, as it was our first time there. The only feedback I have is that the chilaquiles dish was way too spicy. Those of us who ordered it like spicy food, but it got to the point that some of it was inedible because of the spiciness. Other than that, the food and drinks were fabulous. The highlight of the experience was definitely the service, and we appreciated the manager stopping by the table to check on us. We’ll be back.

Overall a great experience with delicious food. For a space that had very few seated parties, I would have expected our drinks to remain full.

Coming from Dallas, we're VERY picky about Tex-Mex. Without question, this is the best Tex-Mex we've had in Orlando!

Always delicious. It took longer than normal this time to get our food, but the staff was very aware it was taking a long time and was very attentive in making sure we had chips, drinks, etc. while we waited.
