In this pizza-making class, Chef Brian will teach you how to make classic Neapolitan-style pizza using local, fresh and flavorful ingredients. You’ll learn every step of the pizza making process - from mixing, balling, stretching, shaping, to baking the final product! We will provide an assortment of your favorite Surf Club snacks, beer and wine to enjoy. These hands-on pizza classes are perfect for birthday parties, corporate events, and fun nights out with family and friends. Private classes available for for 15 guests or more! Classes begin promptly at 6:00pm with guest check-ins at 5:45. Ticket's are non-refundable, but may be used for future dates.

Made a reservation weeks prior, received a phone call stating there is a $20 cover fee. So fine, because it was the St Patty’s Day Parade. Restaurant failed to tell me that there was a “prefix” menu of food children would eat. My group and I spent $140 to choose from, a cheeseburger, garlic fries, chicken tenders and pizza. Never would we have paid money to go and eat subpar food. Five of us ended up ordering a burger and asked if it came with fries. The waiter was stated it did. After she came out with a “basket” of fries that we all needed to pick out of. The whole experience was like going to a food hall. We did not receive utensils, and had to go find napkins at the bar. Huge disappointment. The woman collecting the cover fee at the door was extremely rude, that should’ve been the first warning.

Amazing experience! We had 8 adults and 2 children in one of the big surf board booths behind the back wall of the bar and it was a perfect experience. We ordered appetizers, drinks, pizzas, and kids dinners which were all delicious! Great time was had by ages 3-53!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My granddaughter loved her cheese pizza that was shaped like Mickey Mouse; such a wonderful surprise.

Went for an early dinner on New Year's Eve and had the worst service ever. The restaurant was not that crowded at all, and we never received an item we ordered. The worst part is the waitress when asked about it, rudely replied, "I don't make the drinks" and didn't do anything to check on it or provide us what we ordered. Unbelievable. We love Newport and come multiple times a year and love eating out at all the many great restaurants - the Surf Club is obviously not properly managed and can't handle a normal (not crowded) service. The worst was this surly waiter/busboy who when we were leaving made a snarky comment because we had complained that we never received our order but it was on the check. These servers have no idea what fine or even decent service is. Having been in the restaurant business for years, these two would have been fired so quickly if an owner only knew. Bad service is bad enough but then to be combative when called out on it is seriously ruinous to a business. None of us will be returning to the Surf Club - ick.
