Ho cenato al Surisan il 31 dicembre. Servizio ineccepibile, cortese e molto professionale. Cibo davvero buono, con piatti ricercati ma senza rinunciare ad una quantità soddisfacente. Cocktail ben fatti, seppure in numero limitato. Unico neo dei servizi igienici poco curati, non in linea con il resto del locale.

I Didn’t like that servers barely interacted with us. Took forever to order since they forgot about us and I asked for a bigger table since we always order a lot of food but they didn’t put us in one.. Just didn’t feel very welcomed here. 2nd time coming here, But I’ll skip on my next visit and check out what else is around San Francisco.

My husband and I had a delicious brunch at Surisan to celebrate my birthday. I had the iced Ube Latte, and the homemade whipped cream was heavenly. My husband had a lemonade, which he said was really good, and it looked beautiful. The Millionaire bacon is a must order. It is incredible. I loved that it had a little heat and sweetness to it. My husband had an American-styled omelette, but I chose one of the Korean-inspired dishes, a chicken porridge. It was really delicious, especially with the soft-boiled egg mixed in, but I was not a fan of the chicken skin left in the porridge. If it had been crispy skin, that’s one thing, but this was just skin that had fallen off the meat during cooking, I presume. Overall, it was a really good meal, and the service was attentive and friendly.

My friend and I arrived right at the 5pm evening opening. There were only a few other guest so the environment was quiet and staff was very good about checking in on us. For appetizers we got the Tofu Salad and Soy & Garlic Korean Chicken which were both phenomenal. However neither my friend or I could eat our main dishes (Creamchi Rice Cake / Belly Bap) because they tasted like the kitchen poured raw fish water in the dishes which was too overpowering to stomach. Overall a little pricey, especially for the chicken and main dishes but it was worth a try!

Ordered Bulgogi for lunch and it was good, ordered a side of popovers that had been sitting out since breakfast and were hard.

Awesome food! My family and I had brunch at Surisan and the food was outstanding, service was good, same as drinks and ambience. But the culinary experience is definitely a must. I would highly recommend Surisan and their famous millionaire bacon is just formidable!

This is more like fusion Korean food. Not as expected. They are very clean and clean up table super often. Portion is very small, first time having fusion Korean food. I will not say it taste bad just not as expected.
