From start to finish, our 20-course omakase dinner at Sushi Endo Austin was nothing short of phenomenal. The service was impeccable—Leon was incredibly welcoming, and every cocktail recommendation was spot on. Chef Endo and his team crafted an exceptional dining experience, with each course showcasing masterful technique and the freshest ingredients. And just when I thought the night couldn’t get any better, Chef Endo surprised us with a electric guitar solo at the end of the meal—what a blast! This was more than just dinner; it was an experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic 20 course omakase with chef Endo to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The surprise musical act at the end was the cherry on top of an already wonderful culinary experience.

The chef was amazing and so was the host and the bartender!! They really made us feel welcomed. I loved it and will be back again some other time!

It was our first time at Endo and it’s by far one of our favorite omakase experiences. The ambience was great, the host was fun, Chef Endo and Chef Vincent were so engaging with us, answering every question we had, making sure we were having a good time. Every course was delicious! What a gem!

My husband and I had a lovely experience here celebrating our anniversary. Chef Endo is a delight. So friendly and fun. And all of the staff were above and beyond in friendliness and knowledge on sake pairings/preferences. The ambience was nice. It was a fairly quiet seating of 10 people lined up at the bar. We had a nice time conversing with the couples on either side of us. At the end of the seating we got a surprise musical performance by Chef Endo himself, which was so fun. The omakase was solid. I ended up getting the caviar and uni upgrades. I would say that in comparison to other omakases, the price is more on the expensive side for the quantity and quality of fish you are getting. I would go again but maybe during the week with their reduced prices. The sake I had was great, and the cocktails were a little too sweet for my tastes (the highball and the espresso martini). Overall, it was a great experience, and I don’t at all regret choosing here for our anniversary dinner.
