                                                                                  Hands down the best sushi restaurant in Chicago. Ambience made it so much better too. Most sushi restaurants are holes in the wall but this place is great for a casual lunch, date night, girls dinner, and definitely a place you take people visiting you in Chicago!

                                                                                  I love sushi San in river north so was excited to try this location! While the interior is amazing and has more comfortable seating, the food just didn’t hit the same. The rice in all our rolls was a little bit too warm and mushy. Everything we usually order just didn’t taste as tasty.

Excellent sushi and fairly priced given the quality of the sushi. Slight miscue on our reservation, but the GM made is right immediately, despite a busy Sunday. Highly recommended, and we will be back!!

                                                                                  This place is the only place I will be getting sushi on a night out going forward. Sushi is incredible and authentic with also being able to accommodate dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor and taste. Have been to many other sushi restaurants around Chicago and cannot say the same. Things we recommend: yellowtail jalapeño roll, spicy tuna crispy rice, otoro nigiri (fatty tuna)
