   Me and my Girlfriend had a magical evening here at Sushiro Handrolls. We had so many rolls and I loved how big the portions were. It’s a great spot!

   The food is incredible. Great flavors, textures, quality! I go here all the time because it never disappoints. And everyone who works here is fantastic!

   The food was good. That was about how far I would go. I made a 6:30 reservation and showed up around 6:00 pm. We asked if we could be sat early and at first they said no ( we where a little confused because there where plenty of open seats at the bar) we where fine with that and then planned to go get a drink somewhere else and come back. However at the last second the host said she had to spots right at the window if we wanted to be sat. We were very happy to have been sat early and accepted. We got the menu and were left for a good 5 minutes. As it approached 6:15 we noticed there was plenty of seats still at the bar. When it was finally our turn to take our order, I asked if we could get sat at the bar instead. They checked and they said we could. We moved and we were happy. Then 5 minutes into while we where eating, the told us that we had to be done by 7:00 pm because there was a reservation. As fast eaters we had no problem with that time frame, however, they didn’t inform out amazing sushi chef of our time frame and he took his time. At the end they told him and he began rushing. We had no problem with this, but he seemed very frantic. Also to add to this not once did our waiter come to check in to see if we needed anything. We saw her at the beginning and end of our meal and that was that. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the service I was received. I had been before in December and the service and food was amazing. Highly disappointed.

   chef ikan at the first station was amazing. he took care in each roll he built to perfection and served it with a proud smile

   We had the best experience here! Our server was so helpful, and the food was INCREDIBLE!!! I will 10000% be back.

   The omakase experience was such fun date night! The chef’s choice was a nice surprise to delicious sashimi and hand rolls which were shareable between me and my date! The service was fantastic, very kind, and quick! The chef was passionate and added to the experience! Would do again!!!

   Loved Sushiro, everyone is so kind and attentive, and the handrolls are the best I’ve had in NYC. So fresh, delicious, and won’t break the bank.
