I don’t usually write reviews however this one is well deserved…Wow! Beautiful table in the window overlooking Gore creek…. The food was literally artwork, flavors over the top, the only thing as good as the food was the service! Very reasonable priced for what they provide. Occasionally a Michelin restaurant can leave you a bit hungry, not the case here! Also thankful that they only took reservations 48 hours in advance, otherwise someone visiting for a long weekend would not likely get an opportunity to experience this restaurant. All the Best! The restaurant deserves its high reputation. The Rack of Lamb was incredibly delicious and the Caesar Salad was way above par and served in a unique presentation…simple but perfect!

Always a good meal! We love this wonderful place in Vail. My husband had a lobster dish with pasta and I had walleye with truffle sauce. Both were amazing. Had a tuna and avacado appetizer that was perfect. Great service and ambience!

Our waitress was so distracted by some issues at home that it significantly affected the service. She eventually left and transferred our table to her manager. We ordered three appetizers to share which were delivered En Masse. My entree was cool and when I asked for it to be warmed up, it was refused. When asked if I wanted another cocktail, I politely said not at the present time, my drink was then removed from the table before I had a chance to finish it. The food was overall fine. My favorite dessert was very mealy which was disappointing. The overall experience was unfortunate and very OFF. We shall not return.

What a fantastic dinner, yet again, at SB! Jeremy, chef Will and chef Christian were just incredible! Food and wine experience was outstanding and so much fun! We will definitely be back when we are next in VV!

Sweet Basil has never disappointed us for lunch or dinner. Consistently excellent cuisine and great staff. The french onion lasagne appetizer was over the top decadent! DELISH!
