We had a wonderful dining experience at Sweetwaters. The food was delicious and we had outstanding service. We will definitely visit again, we live in Eugene.

Love the setting on the river and the beautiful interior! Gorgeous place to dine with friends! Service was attentive, but the pacing was very slow.

This is the second time we have eaten at this restaurant. They have a good chef that prepares a variety of nice dishes. Both times we were here the wait was longer than we expected, so allow time in your day if you decide to eat by the river

This was a great choice for dinner. Our waiter, Izzy for starters was outstanding. Personable and attentive enough without hovering. Right on the river, would be great on a warm day to sit outside. The salmon corn dogs were excellent! Salad was also very good but a tad too much dressing for my taste. Overall I would recommend this restaurant and would return if I was in Eugene.

The renovated dining room looks great! The updated menu is also refreshing and tasty. And you can’t beat the views of the Willamette River!

3 out of our 5 brunch orders came out incorrectly. Our waitress was the only shining light and came to understand she had just given notice. Great location great remodel but the food is a serious miss.

Beautiful and clean facility, pretty view too. The steak and eggs was very tasty! Definitely recommend!

We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation and got seated right away. That was the only good thing! We then waited for about 25 minutes before a waiter came by to pour us some water and asked me if we wanted to order anything to drink. I said “no but we’re ready to order.” He said he wasn’t our waiter but he can take our order. Thank goodness he did because I was about ready to walk out! Our actual waiter was the one who finally brought out our mediocre food and that’s all she did. No conversations, no apology for not tending to us, no questions about how the food was. There was absolutely zero customer service! Such a horrible dining experience for our 17th anniversary. We will not be going back.

We had the steamed clams, which were excellent and a good size to share. Wine was terrific, with a good selection. I ordered the brick chicken and wife ordered black cod. Most enjoyable. Food came at appropriate times, and our waiter, Izzy, was very attentive. Since the fire, the remodel has been done beautifully. Will come back.
