It is such a nice venue. Server was pleasant enough. Took a while from when we were seated until we could order drinks & an appetizer. Calamari to share was just ok. Drinks arrived much later. Ordered dinner took forever to come. My husband’s chanterelle pasta arrived last night, was barely warm. Sent back. Got a new order that was pretty tasteless. Seabass was good. Friends had double pork chops they said were good. Won’t go back til they get their kitchen & service figured out.

My soup was brought out at the wrong temperature. Very unacceptable. Server eventually brought out another bowl. Sever put the wrong plates in front myself and guest. I think they are well intentioned but just don't get any training. Looks like management gets a low score.

The newly-renovated restaurant has been pleasantly decorated and the service staff was attentive. However, we felt that the food options could have more flavors. My sea bass portion was a good size, but the risotto was fairly bland.

We were there on Christmas Eve at 6 pm, so it was busy. Beamer was our server, and she was great. Sweet, efficient and funny. We were not rushed. The only complain I had was that the food was not hot when it came out. We had prime rib with brussel sprouts and potatoes. The food tasted good it just wasn't hot enough.

Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at SweetWaters. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We are locals and dine at SweetWaters often, and will continue to do so in 2025. Thank you for a lovely holiday memory!

Outstanding dining experience for the whole family. Everything was superior: the food, the staff, the ambiance! Great choice for dining in Eugene!!

The most beautiful restaurant river view in all of Lane County. Wonderful menu with unique appetizers, beautifully presented entrees, and amazingly wonderful flavors!

We used to go to Sweetwaters often and were so sorry when it closed due to a fire. Once it reopened we were eager to see the changes. We had weekend brunch and the space was beautifully redesigned-familiar but freshened up and so comfortable. Still a wonderful view of the river. The food on offer was varied and excellent, prepared exactly as specified. I had eggs, chicken sausage and rye toast, while my companion had the fish and chips. There were 3 large portions of fish and the french fries were perfect and crispy. The ambiance (during one of the busiest shopping days of the year!) was peaceful, unhurried and such a relief from the hectic mall next door. Food was a reasonable price, especially for such quality and excellent service.
