Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu and cocktail program, Swizzle, a new restaurant and bar by AJS Hotels is currently taking reservations

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

                                                                                                    Twice the chef could not cook a filet to choice, which was only medium well, not hard to do. Service was very lazy but ok whatever, maybe trying not to seem rushed.!!

                                                                                                    Very slow service and kitchen. It took 2 hours to get our food and drinks were forgotten. Also got the wrong dessert. Someone had their dog with them and it did not have a service dog vest on and I doubt it was a service dog. More an accessory dog that sat on a seat after a while. Not the "upscale" restaurant we hoped to have our anniversary dinner at. Overpriced and overrated!

                                                                                                    Waited too long for drinks. It was our anniversary and didn't really make it special. We decided not to stay for dessert because service took too long! The food was good.

                                                                                                    We had dinner here to celebrate my Masters graduation. We wanted something unique to Louisville and Swizzle did not disappoint. We started with the small cold seafood platter including raw oysters, shrimp cocktail, ceviche, and tuna poke. All of it was perfect. I had scallops for my main entre and my husband had the strip. Everything was cooked perfect and had so much flavor. We had the mac and cheese and duck fat potatoes as sides. Both were wonderful, but the mac and cheese was over the top amazing. We finished with chocolate cake and banana cheesecake. Both were lovely and the cheesecake was our favorite. My husband had the bourbon flight, I had a golden gimlet, and we shared a bottle of red. All were very enjoyable and complimented our meal perfectly. We sat in the spinning dining area and it was a fun and unique experience! Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Service was great and we enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
