Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu and cocktail program, Swizzle, a new restaurant and bar by AJS Hotels is currently taking reservations

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

Atmosphere was great and our server was amazing. The food however was terrible. All our steaks came very overcooked and side dishes were cold. Sad considering each steak was $80+. I would never go there again

A very nice dinner at swizzle. We actually had reservations at another restaurant that unexpectedly closed that evening. Swizzle was able to accommodate our group of 6. Everyone had a nice meal

This was our first time coming to this restaurant. It was an awesome experience and location. We were able to get seating in the rotating part and it was perfect at sunset. The food was amazing! The only drawback was the bread and the fact that they have Pepsi. We will definitely be back.

My teenage grandson & I dined here before attending The Nutcracker. Peter, our waiter, asked if we were going to the play & said he would be sure we had plenty of time to dine & relax. He was friendly without being overbearing. The meal of scallops & a steak was delicious. The restaurant was full but wait staff were attentive. It was a little louder than usual but tis the season. My grandson enjoyed the view of Louisville's skyline. It was enjoyable evening for us both.

There were 6 of us and each meal was outstanding! I had the sea bass, which even some of the best restaurants can disappoint on that dish, but Swizzle’s was one of the best I’ve ever had. The salmon was also good, as were the steaks and prime rib, which were all cooked perfectly to order.

It took 18 minutes to be acknowledged in the bar while we waited for our reservation dinner table. The bartender was busy with making drinks and also waiting on tables. It then took 22 minutes after being seated to have a waiter greet us and only checked on us once during dinner. The food was excellent which made up for the extremely slow service. When leaving, we asked the waiter for some after-dinner recommendations and he took time to write down a few places.

Our server did a great job managing our table and service. There was only one bartender so drinks took a really long time. The table we were seated at was by the kitchen and windows… it was so COLD we had to keep our coats on. I wouldn’t recommend going with a group of people.
