Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu and cocktail program, Swizzle, a new restaurant and bar by AJS Hotels is currently taking reservations

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

Excelente lugar, excelente personas, excelente vista, excelente sabor, excelente ambiente, no hay ruido, me encanto, volvere muchas veces. Excellent place, excellent people, excellent view, excellent flavor, excellent atmosphere, no noise, I loved it, I will return many times.

This was our first time eating at Swizzle. We had heard a lot of good things and decided to give it a try. The food was mediocre at best. I have no problem paying for good food. This was one of the most expensive dinners we have had and it was the most disappointing food.

Had a great time at Swizzle for New Year’s Eve fun. Dinner was fabulous and we could not have asked for better combination for a 5 course meal. Food was very creative. Our waiter could have use a little bit more training. He just was not getting it in terms of the the importance of the wine being served before the courses. Overall, most of the weight staff were very attentive. Would certainly recommend this restaurant for anyone interested in an exceptional night, looking out over the lights of our city.

I couldn’t be more happy with the experience I had with the restaurant, every request I made was accommodated by the restaurant. The food is the best I ever had. And the view was just the cherry on top of the cake. I absolutely recommend the restaurant, I can’t wait to get back.

Swizzle Dinner & Drinks is a great place for a date night or special occasion. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here while visiting Louisville. The rotating floor provided a view of the riverfront as well as downtown Louisville. Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent! We will definitely recommend this establishment and will return if we are back in town.

We have loved this restaurant in the past and couldn’t wait to visit again while on from out of town. It is special to us having had our engagement dinner in that location. We had a reservation and were seated at a table with a ceiling leak. When we reported being dripped on and asked to move, our server told us it has happened before. Then we moved our own things to the new table they gave us because no one offered to help. We had picked out our dishes from the online menu and then when we arrived all of those items had been revised in big ways so we were disappointed. It is not difficult to change an online menu to match current offerings. The steak we ordered was undercooked. Premium cocktails came with small watered down ice. We were so disappointed we will not be going back..

Excellent food and service. Very enjoyable! We brought our friends, and one of our guests especially silly enjoyed the smoked Manhattan.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Swizzle. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. I was seated promptly, but no server came to introduce themselves. I waited patiently for an hour and even asked twice for someone to attend to me. Despite this, no one ever came to take my order or even acknowledge me. It was frustrating and embarrassing to feel completely ignored while other tables were attended to. After waiting far longer than I should have, I finally decided to leave. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one in the hospitality industry. I cannot recommend this restaurant and hope they take serious steps to improve their service in the future.

The experience was good and our waiter was awesome . Not too busy also for a Saturday night . Food price was a little high but food was pretty delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a anniversary or rehearsal dinner
