Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu and cocktail program, Swizzle, a new restaurant and bar by AJS Hotels is currently taking reservations

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

                                                                                                    We had an amazing experience. Our waitress Brittany was amazing and so nice. The food was so good and the views were amazing. It made for a fantastic Valentine’s Day dinner!!

                                                                                                    Great service and the food is amazing! The large space between tables makes you fell like you have the place to yourself and you’re not sitting on top of the other table. We will definitely be back!

                                                                                                    Almost everything about this experience was great! We had the best view. Our server was very nice! The only downside was the amount of time it took to get our meal. It was expected, due to it being Valentine's/Farm Machinery show week. Once we got our food, it was immediately worth the wait. Hands down, the best steak we've ever had.

                                                                                                    We’ve been here before, and this experience this time was not at its best. Our waiter was focused elsewhere at other tables and at all times and was very hard to even get water. We had to catch other waiters and other staff just to get their attention when we needed something. The value for the amount of food you get is not that great. A 12 ounce steak at $70 came out looking like it. It was a 6 ounce steak. Beautiful ambience, but we won’t be coming back.

We had a clear night, we were seated in the rotating restaurant area, and caught a beautiful sunset. Service was outstanding, great suggestions and very attentive. Food was unique and delicious. The "smoke box" old fashioned was a wonderful table presentation.
