Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu and cocktail program, Swizzle, a new restaurant and bar by AJS Hotels is currently taking reservations

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

                                                                                                    There were 3 of us and we ordered the steak trio-perfectly cooked, great salad, great drinks-our service was professional, courteous,pleasant-and the view overlooking the ohio River , sunset-great evening-couldn’t be better!                                                                                                     Bartender was Trevon who was immediately friendly and helpful. Drinks were great Darrin waited on us and was also prompt and informative with everything. Would eat there again without question.

                                                                                                    It's a fun night out for dinner and some drinks, me and my wife enjoyed dressing up and going out. The food was great and it was a calm atmosphere. I think we definitely plan on coming back at some point

                                                                                                    Restaurant was lively and we had a wonderful night. Peter our waiter provided the best service. He was very attentive and seemed to be always there when we needed something. Restaurant was very busy but food and drink was very timely and tasty.

                                                                                                    Had the platter of oysters, shrimp, ceviche and tuna and it was fresh and outstanding The potatoes with duck fat made you want more. . The waitress went above and beyond to make our meal and experience wonderful. Of course it goes without saying but still the views are amazing.

                                                                                                    We absolutely loved the table upstairs in a very private setting with beautiful views! Perfect for celebrating a birthday. I shared scallops, wedge salad, baked potato & also tried the calamari & crab ceviche appetizers. Everything was very good, but by the time I got to my potato, it was cold. Also, one of the entrees was put in wrong & she had to wait for her filet to be cooked while everyone else ate. The mgr. compensated by taking 30% off which totally took care of the food delay. They also brought a huge, beautiful piece of their chocolate cake desert with whipped cream, berries & cookie pieces! Delicious!

                                                                                                    Twice the chef could not cook a filet to choice, which was only medium well, not hard to do. Service was very lazy but ok whatever, maybe trying not to seem rushed.!!
