   The music group in the center of park ruins your dinner. It’s so loud that you can’t talk and the singer is terrible! Our waitress was very sweet and did a good job.

   We have enjoyed Taverna before, but last time we thought it was not as good as usual. 1. The servive was slow. 2. The prime rib was Chewey and gritty. 3.Atmosphere even outside was very noisy.

   Well, food was decent, service was okay. Nothing spectacular but definitely good food. Carpaccio was good and zucchini fritte okay (little mushy, not crispy). My husband loved the short rib grilled cheese and tomato bisque. I loved the grouper. What was not good and other reviewers mentioned was the size of the table for two outside! We were right against the outdoor bar so we got to look at people’s backsides. We could barely fit our drinks and apps on this table. We put the water bottle and light thingy on the floor beneath us just to make room. When we go to a place to relax and maybe drop $200, I’d like to have a big enough table. This place needs to replace these. We liked our food but would think twice before booking again.

   This was our third time at Taberna Burntwood. The first two times were great. This time there were six of us and three were quite dissatisfied with their meals. Two women ordered shrimp scampi over penne. It was supposed to have spinach and tomatoes in the dish. One dish came out with no spinach, and the other with no tomatoes! Also not very many shrimp. In addition, one was a noticeably larger portion than the other. The other was a fish dish was was just flavorless and disappointing. The server was nice, but he spilled about 1/3 of a martini. We thought he should have replaced it for the price we paid. Hopefully, this was just an off night.

   If you plan on going for early dining specials and there are no seats available outside or at the bar this option is not available. We purposely booked an early reservation so we could enjoy the food and savings but we were unlucky and had to sit at a dining table and no early dining specials were available for us. You need to make this clear and communicate with the customers. Only a few lucky people can benefit from this offer.

   Lunch was quite good as was the service. Very attentive. Love the new decorating. Very inviting and attractive.

   The front desk staff is wonderful. They are welcoming and try to accomodate your requests. It a great place to sit at the bar, or to bring your family. The food is reasonably priced and a good selection. The tuna tartar is good as is the smash bargers and chcicken bite sandwiches.

   Beyond perfect- starting with Josh phone reservations, our waiter Conor had answer for every question and food was delicious !

   Great restaurant, the zucchini appetizer was very nice along with the ahi tuna salad although the roasted chicken salad feel short. It should be called the fried wonton salad as it was topped with so much fried wonton that we couldn’t get to the greens underneath, had to ask for a plate to remove some and it was still too much, way to much. Nevertheless, I’d still give them another opportunity.

    We tried the new burnt wood in Naples yesterday for lunch and it was outstanding. Their lunch specials and combos are very good and priced reasonably.
