For a special occasion it is perfect. The service was inarguably attentive, the prices appeared to be reasonable for the ambiente and quality of the food. Would always come back and especially for the desserts

Wat kan de bediening het verpesten zeg. 5e keer hier gegeten maar nu echt klaar. Binnen 5 minuten 5 verschillende mensen aan tafel. Erg rommelig. Vervolgens komt eten wat goed tot zeer goed was, maar bediening zo matig. Tijdens uitserveren van gerechten aan ons ondertussen andere tafels bespreken onderling. Erg onprofessioneel. Timing tussen gerechten ook niet goed. Vaak zonder water / drinken gezeten. Uiteindelijk gaat dessert mis en duurt meer dan 40 minuten. Rekening maar gevraagd, want drinken kregen we ook niet meer. Uiteindelijk komt nagerecht en dat maar met tegenzin en droge mond opgegeten terwijl we ondertussen rekening kregen. Voor eerst sinds zeer lange tijd geen fooi gegeven. Bij afrekenen nog wel excuses dat dessert lang duurde, maar hele avond was gewoon zeer slecht matig door slechte service. En dat terwijl je dan wel eur 450 moet afrekenen. Zo jammer, want qua uitstraling en eten heeft het veel meer potentie.

Truly exceptional- but with a price tag in the Two Star range. (Which they may actually get in due course; no stars as yet by Michelin, which is not correct: they deserve at least 1 star after we have been there some 4 times now the last year)

Used to be nice, now pretentious, mediocre taste, wildly expensive, tiny portions, poor service, and nothing really positive to go for it. Been here a few times, mostly nice experiences years ago. This time decided to go all out on a birthday dinner, spent 350 euro for 2 persons on the limited chef menu, and had a severely mediocre experience. The local snack bar would have been better, more romantic, and more fun. We even left hungry, it was just tidbits of food with pomp, and little substance. Some of the dishes were odd taste experiences, but with fish that wasn't very fresh, some bad flavor combos, and none were great. High end restaurants serve small dishes, fine, but this is taking the limit. We were also in the middle of a high traffic zone, no privacy, couldn't talk until demanded to be placed elsewhere, and then either bothered every 3 minutes by staff pushing more extravagantly expensive drinks (11 euro for a glass of mediocre Malbec, yup), or 30 minutes of no attention at all, waiting endlessly on the next round of unappealing dishes. Vegetarian foie grass? Tastes like salt paste, not consumable. Sour thai soup, but just one spoonful... come on! Not coming back anymore. Was way too expensive for what we got, neither of us enjoyed any part of it, with bad service to boot. Ruined the night.

We went here with our friends and the atmosphere is absolutely great and the whole restaurant is well made. The problem is that it is totally over priced for the quality and type of food ingredients that were used (tasting menu for 4 with drinks 600€+) . Each portion presentation was very nice but the taste and nor the texture were not were nothing impressive. Few items were also very salty, as well as some meat pieces were not quality part of the cut but ended up being chewy and fatty. We also agreed to take the wine by glass but to be charged by bottle if we consumed bottle, instead we were charged us for 8 glasses 11€ each, unfortunately I only noticed this the next day.

Great venue. Service started off well then deteriorated as more guests sat down. Neighboring table spilt beer over my guest (hair, jacket, bag all wet) - no offer for compensation, cleaning. Many small meals - difficult to understand what we were eating, flavor pairing extravagant. Great plating but unexpected flavor profiles. VIP crowd due to hotel.
